My heartbeat feels like a runaway.
My soul wanders lost in universes
my body cannot follow.
My breath is jailed in your presence;
My lungs begging for a pardon.
My eyes flash like a lighthouse in a storm.
My ears are baskets ready to catch
my name as it drops from your lips.
My past is a paper monster
my hand tattoos with a mightier sword.
My longing aches for a short death.
My future bares its neck at your feet.
Caught fish. Ate them. Forgot to take photos. ISLAND STYLE BRAH. (at Outer Space)
Swimming with the dolphins is old. Laying on the beach with a seal is the new hotness.
